We are at it again this year but this time we are going to the British Virgin Islands. Mark your calendar for Dec 6th through the 13th. Join Michael in the BVI’s for a week of sailing and island hopping in a monohull flotilla. This is a great way to get some experience bareboat chartering with an experienced BVI captain and fleet leader. You can also skipper your own vessel and join the fleet. If you don’t have all your certifications I’m offering a special deal on the classes to bring you up through ASA 104, Bareboat Chartering. We can also hook you up with someone who can skipper the boat. SunSail is offering us a special rate but we need to book the boats before April 24th, $125 per person books your berth. Details are below:
Hop aboard a sailboat Sunday, December 6th through Sunday, December 13th, 2015 in the beautiful BVI’s. We spend the first night, Saturday December 5th on your sailboat. Sunday morning the Skippers get briefed and off we go. A Skippers resume will need to be completed. Based on experience, a check-out day may be required. Skippers must have ASA/American Sailing Association certifications preferably 101, 103, 104. Crew with ASA certs will be helpful. If you want to go, there is plenty of time to get your certifications this year.
Hi Guys.
If we reserve 2 slots now, and will skipper our own boat, will we be able to add additional passengers later by paying for them later?
It’s hard to get adult kids committed too far in advance. I’d much rather pay for them later that have them not show up and forfeit the money.
Yes Brian! You can add others later. We just need to get a head count now so we know how many boats to reserve.
